We, ladies, come in different body shapes and sizes - pear, hourglass, ruler(H), inverted triangle etc etc.There are so many terms to define the different shapes.

However understanding your frame is the first step in creating an overall profile and identifying clothing styles that will fit best and be most naturally flattering to your figure.

Regardless of any shape that you are, not every piece of clothing is going to look good on you.You'll have your plus points and minus points. Every woman should dress according to your body type in order to look good and perfect. Choosing the right cut will help to emphasize on the positive points of your figure and hide the drawbacks, creating a visually balanced body.

Once you get a grasp of your shape, this not only makes you look and feel good, but it definitely gives a boost to your confidence level. Your clothes should reflect what you are and not being somebody else.
